With Aminta, you can experience the practice of kindness, self-compassion, continued growth, and self-awareness while reaping the numerous health benefits of yoga. Wednesdays - 7:30 - 8:30pm

Warm Yin + Restore at WEDOYOGA Studio + Online

This Yin class is a meditative practice that involves deep stretching of the connective tissues and joints in the body. It emphasizes improving flexibility rather than strength and includes seated postures that can be challenging at times. The postures are held for up to 5 minutes, allowing you to explore how your body stores and releases tension. Our experienced instructors will provide modifications and adjustments to cater to your individual needs. Yin is a perfect complement to WEDOYOGA’s signature classes, offering a moment of stillness and tranquility to balance out the faster-paced flows.

Sunrise Flow at WEDOYOGA Studio + Online

This class is open to all and offers a toned-down approach to the dynamic Vinyasa Flow style. The class will still consist of the elements of a Vinyasa Flow class with fluid movements between postures linked to the breath, but will have more time spent on restoring the mind and body with calming balance and flexibility asanas. Think of this class like a moving meditative practice to help you relieve stress and anxiety, and set you up for rest and relaxation.

Sunrise Flow at WEDOYOGA Studio + Online

Vinyasa Flow classes work on building both strength and flexibility throughout the practice with a focus on moving from pose to pose, coordinated with and guided by the breath. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Great class for those too with an established yoga practice looking to spend more time in postures and strengthen form.

Yin + Sound Healing at WEDOYOGA Studio + Online

Yin yoga and sound healing come together in this unique class to provide a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience for your mind and body.
