Outdoor Vinyasa Flow at Hitchin Lavender

Join us for an invigorating Outdoor Vinyasa Flow class amidst the breathtaking beauty of Hitchin Lavender. This dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga class is designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and improve your overall fitness while immersing yourself in the beauty of nature. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, this class will challenge you both physically and mentally. We'll move through a series of flowing sequences, synchronized with your breath, allowing you to connect with your body and find a sense of inner peace amidst the stunning natural scenery. Vinyasa Flow at WEDOYOGA Studio + Online

Vinyasa Flow classes work on building both strength and flexibility throughout the practice with a focus on moving from pose to pose, coordinated with and guided by the breath. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Great class for those too with an established yoga practice looking to spend more time in postures and strengthen form.

Flow + Meditate / Yin + Sound Healing at WEDOYOGA Studio + Online ( Alternate weekly)

Flow + Meditate is open to all and offers a super chilled approach to a Vinyasa Flow style. The class will still consist of the elements of a Vinyasa Flow class with fluid movements between postures linked to the breath, but will offer more time spent on relaxing and calming the mind and body. Think of this class as a 30 minute moving meditative practice followed by 10 minute meditation to help you relieve stress and anxiety, and set you up for rest and relaxation.

Yin + Sound Healing: Yin yoga and sound healing come together in this unique class to provide a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience for your mind and body. Yin yoga focuses on deep stretching of the connective tissues and joints, with postures held for several minutes to release tension and improve flexibility. Combined with the healing vibrations of sound therapy, this class is perfect for those seeking a holistic approach to stress relief and self-care. Our skilled instructor will guide you through a variety of yin yoga poses while incorporating sound healing techniques such as Tibetan singing bowls and crystal sound bowls to enhance your practice. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, this class is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and meditative practice. Join us for a transformative journey to harmony and well-being.

As suggested by the name, this is a slower-paced class, designed to relax and calm the mind and body or for those wanting or needing a slower paced class. Slow and gentle movement makes this class perfect for getting back in touch with yourself, mentally and physically, and is accessible to all skill levels. Our Gentle Yoga Flow classes are designed to teach you the principles of yoga, focusing on the correct technique for each posture along with their benefits. You will learn to connect movement with the breath, develop physical awareness and build strength. With adjustments and modifications offered this class will help you to build your confidence and awareness of the body so you will leave each class feeling refreshed and inspired.
