Yoga For Runners at TriSport in Letchworth

Whether your goal is to be faster, run or cycle longer, or simply be able to enjoy your sport without pain, this yoga course is for you!

In this course, we will learn to enhance, improve and deepen our understanding and enjoyment of running and cycling. We will focus on increasing flexibility in areas that are typically constricted by running or cycling and move through different weekly sequences to release tension and enhance joint mobility. We will also focus on pranayama (breathing technique) which is essential to both yoga and to excising as pranayama helps a increase lung capacity.

Yoga at Evergreen Chiropractic Clinic & Wellness Centre
In this class, we practise breath synchronised movement. Sequences will vary from class to class offering a wide range of postures for each student. Every class is unique and designed to help restore mental and physical balance. This class will offer a slower pace allowing the body to work deeper into the muscles, rest and relax.

1 hour Vinyasa flow yoga class to get the body moving and flowing! Sequences will vary from class to class offering a wide range of postures for each student. Every class is unique and designed to help restore mental and physical balance.

Vinyasa Flow at TBA
In this class, we practise breath synchronised movement. Sequences will vary from class to class offering a wide range of postures for each student. Every class is unique and designed to help restore mental and physical balance. This dynamic and fluid will heat the body, build strength, awaken the core and learn to flow with grace throughout a series of postures.

*Please note this class will start back in January 2020!
