A W A K E N: Yoga, Pilates & Sound Bath Day Retreat


Awaken your yoga practice this January with a full-day Yoga, Pilates and Sound Meditation retreat! A day retreat is the perfect mini getaway allowing you to get the most of some precious ‘me time’. So come along and escape with Aminta to a day full of self love, asanas and yummy food.

Retreat schedule: 9:30am – 3:30pm

9:30am: Morning Meet & Greet with Aminta Gagnon
9:45 – 11:15am: Awaken The Body: A Mindful Vinyasa Flow with Aminta Gagnon

Mini Break – 15 minute break where juice shots & herbal teas will be provided

11:30 – 12:30pm: New Year : New Asanas - A Fun Creative Practice with Aminta Gagnon

12:30 – 1:30pm: Organically & locally-sourced vegan lunch with juices, herbal teas and yummy desserts

1:30pm – 2:30pm: Awaken The Core - A Pilates Flow with Gail Nolan

2:45pm – 3:30pm: Awaken The Mind: A Sound Meditation with Nat Beckett

3:30pm  - Wrap up & head home :)

This day retreat is a chance to energise your body and focus on you in a beautiful and quiet space, allowing you to reflect, relax and awaken yourself for the new year.
